Common questions

Do parents need to create an account?
No. Parents simply open the booking link, fill in their details, and submit. No account, no password, no app download required. They receive a confirmation email immediately.
Is parent data stored securely?
Yes. We don't store your registration data on shared servers. Your school's data is kept private and only accessible to your team. Confirmation emails are sent via a dedicated email service and parent details are not retained by us after sending.
Can we customize the registration questions?
Yes. Each event has its own form builder. Add text fields, dropdowns, or checkboxes in both English and Chinese. Mark fields as required or optional. Every event can have a completely different form.
Can parents register from their phone?
Yes. The booking link is a standard web URL that opens in any browser on any device — iPhone, Android, tablet, desktop. No app download required. Parents can register in under 2 minutes from their phone.
What happens to the data after the event?
Your registration data belongs to you. Export it as a CSV at any time, archive it, or delete it — you're in full control. We don't retain copies of your school's data after the event.
